- 1 frozen banana
- 100g COLD cooked pumpkin
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 or 2 drops of YL Thieves essential oil
- Blend all of the ingredients except the essential oil on high speed.
- Add some ice cubes (I like it better on the liquid side, but you can skip this for a smoothie bowl texture).
- Serve and add Thieves. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and enjoy cold!
- Alternatively: pour onto a bowl if you’ve skipped the ice cubes, add Thieves and eat it with a spoon!

- I only recommend Young Living essential oils for ingestion.
