I hope that you love this recipe as much as I do! Chocolate truffles that are low in sugar are real! And you only need three ingredients to make them.
- 100ml heavy cream
- 100g chocolate, minimum 85% (low in sugar)
- 2tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Heat up the heavy cream in a pot and stop before it boils.
- Roughly chop the chocolate into little pieces, and pour them into the heavy cream. Mix with a spatula until it all melts and it becomes a smooth cream.
- OPTIONAL: add 1-2 drops of YL orange essential oil.
- Pour into a small square or rectangular food container and refrigerate until solid.
- Cut squares and roll them in the cocoa powder to cover.
- EAT!
- I only recommend using YL essential oils for ingestion.
