Here’s a really easy and delicious chocolate pudding recipe that has no added sugar. Only 2 ingredients and takes just a few minutes to make!
- 1 persimmon (peeled)
- 1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder (sugar-free)
- Blend all ingredients.
- Pour into a ramekin.
- If you eat it right away, it will have a softer texture. For a more pudding-like consistency, refrigerate for an hour or two.
BONUS TIPS:
- I added 1 drop of orange essential oil which comes with the starter kit.
