Gluten free vegan mug cake in 2 minutes

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 5 drops stevia
  • dark chocolate broken into small pieces (85%)
  1. Mash the banana and add all the ingredients.
  2. Microwave for 2 minutes, pausing every 20 or so seconds.
  3. Let cool and enjoy!

BONUS TIPS:

  • I added 1 drop of therapeutic grade Orange essential oil. The flavour was A-MA-ZING! Want to try?
  • You can change 2 tablespoons of almond flour for coconut flour.
